JOB TITLE: Junior Medical Writer

REPORTS TO: Medical Director

JOB TYPE: Full-time; Hybrid; minimum of one day a week in office

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Junior Medical Writer within Bamboo’s Scientific Services Team you will support our account teams across a number of scientific projects and research areas. As part of this role, you will be:

• Supporting the development of medical presentation slides
• Attending scientific meetings and creating meeting reports
• Participating in the publication management for peer-reviewed articles
• Creating creative and scientific content across a variety of medical research areas
• Working with our digital and creative team to provide diverse and engaging online content
• Developing training programmes for both face-to-face and online delivery

THE CANDIDATE:

• A life science degree, ideally combined with a science Masters
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to easily adapt to different research areas and a fast-paced working environment
• A passion for writing

Prior experience in Medical Communications is not required for this role.

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be able to attend the office at least one day per week.
