We now have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Product Owner to join our fantastic team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

About the role
As a Junior Product Owner, you'll play a vital role in the rollout of Cognita’s new global Employee Experience Platform. Working closely with our Implementation Manager, you’ll support the delivery of a modern intranet solution designed to enhance internal communications and employee engagement across our global network of schools. You'll help coordinate project activities, gather and prioritise requirements, and collaborate with teams across HR, IT, and Communications. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow into a Product Owner role as the platform matures. The role is an initial fixed-term contract for 6 months, witha view to becoming a permanent role.

This is a hybrid role. You’ll need to be in our Central London office at Eastcastle Street least twice a week to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:
You’re a tech-savvy graduate with some experience in related roles like Business Analysis, PMO, testing or IT support. You’re organised, communicative, and eager to make a real impact on how people work. Experience with internal comms platforms, HR tech, or change management is a plus but not essential—but more importantly, you’re a fast learner with a proactive mindset.
