The role can be remote with regular travel and client visits post-training. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. As a Junior Product Trainer, you will support onboarding of clients onto our online platforms, provide training, and collaborate with the software team to improve our offerings.

• Work with sales to plan workload based on pipeline
• Build relationships with clients and understand their processes
• Partner with development team to deliver and improve technology
• Handle data configuration and client onboarding
• Train clients on online and mobile tools
• Act as the first point of contact for client issues during onboarding
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful onboarding
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understand Water Hygiene business needs

Qualifications include strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills, comfort with web and mobile applications, and attention to detail. This is an entry-level role suitable for those new to IT or with non-technical backgrounds.
