We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to work for a Professional Services business based in Crawley, West Sussex. The role involves working in the office approximately twice a week, with the rest from home. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

We need an experienced Junior Business/Finance/Change Project Manager with proven skills in business change, excellent communication (verbal and written), and strong stakeholder management abilities. The ideal candidate will have delivered significant business change programs impacting the wider business, preferably within enterprise environments, and ideally in finance.

In stakeholder management, we value efficiency and effectiveness, especially in time-sensitive environments. The candidate should be dynamic, enthusiastic, driven, and have at least 2 years of project delivery experience. This role is not primarily an IT project role, but technical understanding is a plus.

The role focuses on how the finance team conducts internal operations, so examples of impactful internal process improvements are important. We prefer personalized, unique examples of stakeholder management that demonstrate your individual contribution.

Required skills and experience include:

• Project management experience with a positive attitude
• Experience in professional services or similar industries
• Business change, strategic change, finance impact experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior business stakeholders
• Experience with full project lifecycle management
