What You'll Be Doing: Your Adventure Unfolds!
As a Junior Event Manager for our client, you'll be at the heart of the action, flexing your organizational muscle and creative flair.
- Lead the Charge: Take ownership of smaller-scale projects from concept to completion, managing everything from meticulous planning and budget wizardry to insightful post-event reviews.
- Collaborate & Connect: Become a key player, working hand-in-hand with their incredible clients and dynamic internal teams to ensure every project runs like a dream. You'll build crucial relationships with vendors and suppliers that make magic happen!
- Master the Details: Coordinate logistics for large-scale events, tackling everything from A to Z. Think designing eye-catching registration sites, seamlessly managing international travel, accommodation, and visas, and ensuring every element aligns with their financial and sustainability goals.
