The Opportunity:

PureSpectrum is seeking a highly motivated Jr. Associate, Services, to launch their market research career (no experience required!). You will assist with client projects, ensuring successful delivery and exceeding expectations. This role offers mentorship from the Senior Director, Services - EMEA, and is perfect for a quick learner eager to grow in market research.

Location: Camden Town, London; in-office requirement 3 days a week

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop understanding of client service offerings, best practices, delivery capabilities, and technology platforms.
• Ensure projects meet standards for timeliness, budget, and quality.
• Oversee and lead easy to moderately complex projects with minimal supervision, ensuring customer and business expectations are met or exceeded.
• Assist in managing complex projects with support from senior team members.
• Follow established best practices and processes for project delivery.
• Provide feedback to sales to improve delivery and key metrics.
• Address problematic situations and collaborate with team members to develop solutions.
• Work with sales to provide high-quality customer service and support future business development.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French, spoken and written.
• Prior experience in Market Research is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology platforms.
• Ability to find innovative solutions for customer and project needs.
• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proactive problem anticipation and resolution skills.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn continuously.
