Ready to Make Your Mark? We’re looking for a passionate individual who is eager to kickstart their professional journey and help shape the future of our industry. If you’re a strategic thinker who is ready to turn ambition into action, we want to hear from you.

Think about the most exciting moments in live sports, the biggest reality TV finales or the most talked-about news stories. We’re the wizards behind the curtain, turning passive viewers into active participants. We’re a small, but mighty, team of innovators and creators who thrive on pushing boundaries. If that sounds like your kind of playground, keep reading.

About The Role

This isn’t your average 9-to-5. One day you could be managing the real-time delivery of dynamic graphics for a major football match and the next you’re helping implement a brand-new system for a global news channel. You’ll be the organisational engine driving our projects, working alongside our Service Delivery Director and the rest of the team to ensure high-profile projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a positive attitude and strong organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re a great communicator who can manage projects from start to finish. You have experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira and are familiar with agile methodologies. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with our Engineering, Design and Client Services departments to manage the project lifecycle from initial briefing to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicate directly with clients, addressing any questions they have and proactively managing their issues and concerns.
  • Communicate project status and updates to the team, escalating key information to senior stakeholders when needed.
  • Proactively recommend and implement process improvements.

Benefits

Why Join Dizplai? Beyond the chance to work on truly exciting projects, you’ll be joining a supportive team that values creativity and collaboration. We’re not about micromanagement; we’re about empowering our people to do their best work and make a real impact. If you’re ready to jump in and help shape the future of live media, we want to hear from you.
