Who you’ll be working with
You will join highly skilled technical team and will be able to work on challenging projects employing cutting edge technologies. We have an ambition to grow the team throughout 2025 and into 2026 focusing on key technologies such as AI, Data Analysis, Salesforce, Cloud technologies and cutting-edge web technologies.
Focus of your role:
We are on the hunt for a technology oriented Junior Project manager to work closely with our clients to identify what it is they need, and how we can solve their problems with innovative digital tech. Skilled in coordinating teams across software, data engineering, and AI initiatives. Brings a strong understanding of cloud platforms, microservices, data analysis tools, and modern technologies like Databricks and AI/ML applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support project planning, execution, and delivery across software development, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—developers, DevOps engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders—to define requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify, log, and manage project risks and issues, escalating when needed.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
• Monitor progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies; manage Jira boards, sprint schedules, and stand-up meetings.
• Assist in creating technical documentation, including architecture overviews, deployment strategies, and data workflows.
• Coordinate and track microservices-based development efforts, including API integrations and containerized services (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Facilitate cloud adoption projects (AWS, Azure) by aligning project timelines with infrastructure provisioning and deployment goals.
• Support data analysis tasks by coordinating data pipelines, validating KPIs, and helping teams deliver actionable business intelligence.
• Support client communications, including technical discussions, requirement gathering, and status reporting
• Participate in QA/test coordination and deployment phases to ensure technical deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
Technical Skills:
• Understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g.Python) and web technologies (e.g., APIs, databases, cloud platforms).
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and collaborate with engineers effectively.
• Experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
• Cloud Platforms: Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP services like EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, and cloud networking.
• Microservices: Knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and RESTful API interactions.
• Data Analysis: Familiarity with data analysis , data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and basic Python or Excel for reporting.
• Project Tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, Git, and collaboration tools like Slack and Teams.
Data & Analytics Tools:
• Databricks – Supporting Spark-based data pipelines, notebook collaboration, job scheduling
• SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), Excel (advanced) – Data wrangling, analysis, reporting
• Power BI, Tableau – Dashboard creation, KPI visualization, trend analysis
AI Knowledge:
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts: supervised learning, model lifecycle, evaluation metrics
• Exposure to tools like scikit-learn, TensorFlow or Azure ML
• Understanding of use cases: recommendation systems, NLP, predictive analytics
• Microservices & DevOps: REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Swagger/OpenAPI, Git, CI/CD tools
• Project & Agile Tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, GitHub, Teams, Slack
Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive in supporting project goals.
Desirable Skills
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• Experience of working in a Scrum or Agile methodology.
