Responsibilities

  • Supporting the design, configuration, and development of solutions within the ServiceNow platform, primarily across ITSM.
  • Writing and maintaining scripts, business rules, UI policies, and platform automation.
  • Assisting in requirement gathering, documentation, and testing activities.
  • Helping to maintain instance health, upgrades, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Working closely with senior developers and architects to deliver scalable, best-practice solutions.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ ServiceNow development experience.
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification (essential).
  • Good understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
  • Basic JavaScript and Glide API skills.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, or IntegrationHub (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working and ITIL principles (advantageous).
