Junior Technical Sales Representative

Location: TieTalent Craigavon, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom

Salary: €40,500 basic salary + up to 2% commission. OTE €52,000 uncapped. Comprehensive training and development support. Hybrid company car. Benefits package including holidays, healthcare, and sick pay. This is a full-time, permanent role with opportunities to develop your own sales territory.

What you will do

• Receive structured training alongside experienced team members to build knowledge and sales skills.
• Develop your own territory and customer portfolio after a detailed onboarding period.
• Sell high-quality, technically advanced products to qualified industrial customers.
• Provide on-site product demonstrations, training, and technical support.
• Respond to technical sales enquiries via phone and email, prepare quotations, and follow up.
• Attend customer visits, installations, and industry trade fairs across the region.
• Work closely with the internal support team to deliver exceptional service from first contact to after-sales support.

What you will have

• At least 1 year in technical sales/engineering experience, ideally with knowledge of tool clamping, milling, or machining technologies.
• Completed technical education; a degree is not essential, ideally in mechanical, manufacturing, or technical engineering fields.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect and sell to a wide variety of functional decision makers.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Customer service focused with a proactive approach to building relationships.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Ireland and Northern Ireland.
