Mechanical-biased Junior Technical Services Manager required to join an interior D&B fit-out contractor based in King William Street, EC4.

Responsibilities

• Review technical submissions to identify design issues and coordinate their resolution with project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with a mechanical subcontractor or within a mechanical subcontracting environment.
• Good grounding in commercial mechanical systems.

Working arrangements and benefits

The contractor offers a flexible work schedule, split between site based, office based and working from home. There is also the option to work on a freelance basis – to be discussed. The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
