Overview
New Leaf Search is recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services provider for a Sales Support Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll lead a team of sales and support staff, driving performance, efficiency, and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coach internal sales/support teams

• Deliver sales targets and improve processes

• Use data to drive performance improvements

• Build strong internal and external relationships

Requirements

• Sales management experience (ideally in asset finance/vendor leasing)

• Strong coaching and communication skills

• Comfortable with data and digital tools

• Must have UK-based financial services experience
