New Leaf Search has partnered with a specialist lender in its search for a Credit Manager to support the underwriting of flow Asset Finance transactions. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in credit assessment and broker management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, negotiate, and structure new Asset Finance proposals

• Support Senior Underwriter in preparing credit papers and reports

• Spread financial accounts and apply internal rating models

• Manage sanctioned proposals through to drawdown

• Liaise with brokers and intermediaries to maintain strong relationships

• Ensure security valuations and documentation comply with procedures

• Monitor adherence to loan terms and manage exceptions

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong experience in Asset Finance credit and underwriting

• Proven ability to assess Hire Purchase and Finance Lease transactions

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and organisational ability

• Skilled in MS Office, CRM systems, and financial data tools

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services—particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
