Key Account Manager - Motor Insurance Affinity Partnerships

Overview

In this affinity partner relationship role, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of a range of motor insurance products and services administered by Wrisk, for customers of automotive affinity partner brands. You will work with a variety of stakeholders and will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our automotive affinity partner clients. You will also help Wrisk continue to grow by supporting the delivery of new products, services and insurer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Be the focal point for all day-to-day operational queries with affinity partner clients.
  • Ensure partner performance standards are achieved.
  • Ensure revenue plans and income results are achieved.
  • Manage relationships with affinity partner clients and ensure outcomes are mutually beneficial in terms of growth and return.
  • Identify new opportunities and work with stakeholders to shape commercially viable responses.
  • Understand key performance data and use this information to drive activity to support overall plan objectives.
  • Provide commercial and technical guidance to wider sales and proposition development activity.
  • Contribute to annual and other periodic planning.
  • Collaborate with the platform product teams to harness the innovation power of Wrisk.
  • Ensure all activity is compliant at all times.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for policyholders.
  • This is a home-based role with a remote working contract; occasional travel will be involved to our offices in London and our corporate partner client offices.

Requirements

  • Experience of managing corporate partnership and affinity relationships.
  • Thorough working knowledge of the motor insurance industry gained through experience in a variety of technical, development and operational roles.
  • Experience of insurance change initiatives, particularly the building and delivery of new schemes and arrangements.
  • Commercially aware and able to effectively represent Wrisk's interests and requirements.
  • Operationally numerate – able to understand and interpret data and key performance indicators.
  • Well developed communication and negotiation skills.
  • A problem solver, able to originate creative solutions.
  • Degree level educated – ACII qualified or progression towards.
