New Yesterday
At Miele, the opportunities are endless, supporting growth plans for both market share and margin within our key customers to achieve success. You will co-create sales execution plans and provide cross-functional support to deliver results within their customer bases as a Key Account Manager. You will work with our National Kitchen Retail partners to drive profitability and volume sales performance.
Who are we?
Miele is a world leader in the production of premium domestic and commercial appliances. We pride ourselves on the quality of our appliances and all aspects of customer service.
Founded in 1899, Miele follows its 'Forever Better' brand promise: to be "Forever Better" than our competitors and "forever better" than we already are. This ensures peace of mind for our customers, knowing choosing Miele is a lifetime decision. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations in products and services is our top priority.
What will you do in your role?
You will work with a portfolio of partners to drive share, sales, and margin to achieve commercial success. Responsibilities include financial planning through business scenario planning, managing annual terms, budget management aligned with P&L guidelines, and governance on key KPIs for retailers. You will deploy tactical campaigns via the field-based business development team to activate these plans and meet collective goals.
Creating compelling customer engagement, maintaining a category mindset, and positioning Miele plans within the customer’s total category are essential. Your experience will enable you to influence both customers and internal stakeholders to adapt, change, or deliver required service levels for end customers.
Using creativity and a passion for consumer journeys (offline/online), you will track and analyze performance, breaking down critical sales levers to develop effective selling plans. Understanding market dynamics and integrating account plans into broader business strategies are crucial.
You should bring strong commercial acumen, human focus, and previous experience as a Key Account Manager that can add value to our organization. Additional skills from roles in Marketing and Finance are advantageous. A strong analytical mindset and excellent Excel skills are required.
Experience with home appliances is not mandatory; we value your ability to manage retailer relationships and strategies within a lifestyle or premium goods brand.
