Energy & Sustainability Talent Acquisition Specialist @Zest4Talent

Join our client who is a specialist consultancy dedicated to sustainable construction and building performance. They are seeking an ambitious Key Account Manager to lead relationships with our top clients, including Tier 1 main contractors, national developers, and leading consultancies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and expand key accounts nationwide.

- Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service.

- Identify opportunities for service expansion within client organizations.

- Lead client meetings and commercial discussions.

- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

- Monitor project pipelines and upcoming tenders.

- Track performance against targets and report to senior leadership.

- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to sales process improvement.

About You:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction industry sales or account management.

- Proven track record in managing strategic client accounts.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Remote work with occasional travel.

- Understanding of construction supply chain and procurement processes is a plus.
