The Role:
The Key Account Manager will take ownership of the commercial performance and relationship management of a major southern-based customer within the PubCos & Brewers channel, while also supporting the wider PubCos ledger. This role includes full P&L responsibility and the development and execution of a Joint Business Plan (JBP), with clear opportunities for significant volume growth in the coming months.
Success in this role requires building strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, supported by a clear contact strategy. The Key Account Manager will craft compelling commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and deliver impactful results.
Discipline in executing internal routines and business reviews is essential, along with a commitment to representing BBG’s culture and values in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver commercial performance across the ledger, including volume, Net Revenue, MACO, CORES, and EBITDA
Lead effective negotiations using GAP techniques to drive value for BBG
Build strong, collaborative relationships through regular engagement, CRM activities, and working sessions
Support the PubCos National Account Manager in achieving full ledger targets and contribute to broader projects across the PubCos & Brewers channel
Leverage the wider virtual team—Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Intelligence, and Drinks Dispense—to deliver business outcomes
Define and implement short- and long-term strategies (1YP, 3YP, 5YP) for the ledger
Execute core routines including forecasting, business reviews, and investment tracking
Manage commercial investments to drive savings and maximise return on investment (ROI)
Who We’re Looking For:
Field-based, with flexibility for regular travel
Passionate about the beverage and hospitality industry
Ambitious, proactive, and entrepreneurial in approach
Proven track record in delivering commercial results
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Experienced in building and managing strong internal and external networks
Background in Account Management, ideally within the on-trade or FMCG sector
Confident in using data and analytics to shape clear, compelling commercial narratives
