Key Account Manager

This field-based role offers a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-value commercial portfolio across the Lincolnshire corridor. With a focus on sectors such as agriculture, transport, and industrial heating, you’ll be responsible for both maintaining strong client relationships and driving new business development.
Package:
- £35,000-£38,000 base salary
- Uncapped quarterly bonus
- £6,500 car allowance
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Vitality health insurance and company sick pay
- Hybrid role: 3 days on the road, 2 days from home or office

The Role:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key commercial accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings across Lincolnshire
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Support the development of junior team members
About You:
- Proven experience in field-based sales or key account management
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting targets
- Confident communicator who thrives on building relationships
- Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure
- Full UK driving licence required
