Job Description Summary

As a Senior Product Owner, you’ll lead delivery with teams of complex workstreams to deliver the re-platforming of stockbroking. You’ll be looking across governance internal and external such as FCA governance and contracting but also working directly with the 3rd party platform provider to work through a back log of enhancements on the proposed product platform. You’ll be collaborating across the Group and with 3rd parties to transform the business.

Working Pattern:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our Leeds office.

About this opportunity:

We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team, where you'll play a crucial role in reimagining our stockbroking services, assisting the Lab Product Owner, Business Platform Lead and the broader team in understanding, designing and delivering world class customer and colleague journeys and wholesale transforming our stockbroking business.

The “Stockbroking Lab” supports Halifax Share Dealing Ltd. which is the retail direct-to-customer execution only investment business of Lloyds Banking Group, providing investment products across the Groups’ well-known brands including Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland. We deliver on a broad range of initiatives using agile tools and methodologies to iteratively release value for Customers and the Group, aligning to our purpose of Help Britain Prosper; the lab and our colleagues are making a difference individually and collectively, through the work we do to get the right outcomes for the customer.
