Label and publishing manager / A&R

New Today

A&G Records and A&G Songs are the commercial release arms of A&GSync and Power-Haus Creative, multi award-winning music companies specialising in premium music production and sync licensing.

Our core business is high-end production and sync for TV, film, advertising, games and VOD. A&G Records and A&G Songs serve as the home for our commercial releases: our growing catalogue of recorded music, select signed artists and writer rosters, and curated album projects.

Power-Haus Creative, a division of A&GSync, focuses on impactful, bespoke music for media – particularly theatrical advertising and TV/VOD marketing. With over 18 years of sync licensing experience, our in‑house creative team commissions and collaborates with leading composers, producers and recording artists to deliver original music for a wide variety of creative briefs.

A&GSync is our dedicated sync agency, representing indie labels, publishers, catalogue owners and artists for global licensing opportunities.

The Role: Label & Publishing Manager / A&R

We’re looking for a proactive indie Label and Publishing Manager / A&R to oversee our label and publishing operations and help develop our roster of artists and writers and composers. This is a full‑time, remote/home‑based position. You’ll be working closely with the entire creative and admin team.

You will manage day‑to‑day label and publishing activity, coordinate releases across our growing catalogue. The focus is mainly on production music album releases, some artist projects and special artist development projects created for sync whilst coordinating with our creative production and licensing team. It’s not the standard indie label in terms of signing artists / bands for albums and full commercial releases / tours, but more focused on our production catalogue, licensing and marketing with creative forward‑thinking / 'out of the box' thinking.
