A superb opportunity to join a Top 100 UK law firm expanding its Residential & Rural Property team in Exeter, Bristol or Plymouth and seeking an experienced lawyer or partner to help grow their non-contentious rural property offering.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-value, complex work with a variety of clients, including private individuals and financial institutions with substantial estates and rural properties.
• Contribute to business development and networking to grow the non-contentious rural property practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of working as part of a successful Residential & Rural Property team.
• Excellent communication skills; technically sound with a genuine enthusiasm about client contact, networking, and business development.
