At Zenith, we've been leading the transition to sustainable vehicle solutions for over 30 years As the UK's largest independent vehicle solutions provider, we're proud of our people, our award-winning service and our bold ambitions to make mobility smarter, greener, and better for everyone.
We're now looking for an L&D Lead to drive the next stage of our learning journey within our Consumer Division.
This is a high impact role, where you'll have full ownership of the divisional training plan, and accountability for embedding a continuous improvement culture focused on delivering good customer outcomes guided by legislative changes, department, team and individual needs.
Reporting into the Head of Service Design & Excellence, you'll own the end-to-end learning lifecycle, from onboarding and regulatory training, to coaching and continuous improvement. You'll be our go-to learning expert - the person who knows what our customer service and support teams need to succeed and how to make learning part of everyday performance.
Your Role & Impact
Our Consumer Division introduced an L&D role to support divisional performance, and since then, we've built a solid foundation, including a successful induction programme. Now we're ready for the next phase. This is your chance to evolve our L&D capability, working with managers, team leaders, and senior stakeholders to identify learning gaps, develop solutions, and make sure colleagues are equipped to thrive.
What You'll Do
- Own the full learning lifecycle for our Consumer Division – from needs analysis through to delivery and impact evaluation.
- Deliver face-to-face and virtual training for onboarding, systems, service skills, and FCA compliance (e.g. Consumer Duty, vulnerable customers).
- Partner with the Quality Assurance team, managers and other stakeholders to understand team capabilities, performance gaps, and development goals.
- Design practical, inclusive learning interventions of varying delivery methods that embed knowledge and improve KPIs like quality, first-time resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with the wider Group L&D network to align and adapt broader learning initiatives for the division.
- Create, deliver and embed training in FCA-regulated areas (e.g. treating customers fairly, vulnerable customer, Consumer Duty principles)
- Source or develop appropriate learning interventions – from bite-sized coaching to structured workshops and digital resources.
- Continuously monitor and evolve training to ensure it sticks, supports performance, and contributes to a brilliant customer experience.
- Bring energy and confidence to learning – championing a learning culture across the division and working closely with leadership
About You
You're someone who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments and knows how to bring learning to life for customer-facing teams. You're practical, collaborative, and results-focused, equally at home designing a course as you are delivering it or coaching on the floor.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience delivering learning in operational environments
- Strong knowledge of FCA-regulated environments or experience delivering compliance-based training
- Confidence designing and delivering learning in multiple formats
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to proactively identify and analyse gaps/ business needs
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across cross functional teams
- Passionate about people development, with a collaborative and customer first mindset
