The Role

As a Lead Business Analyst, you’ll lead and develop a team of Business Analysts and own large, high-impact change projects—from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation. You’ll work with stakeholders across technology, operations, and senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into tangible outcomes. You’ll define and embed best-practice analysis methodologies and governance within the BA function and provide oversight across multiple projects to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering collaboration, consistency, and high-quality delivery.
  • Take ownership of large, high-impact change projects — from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across technology, operations, and senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into tangible outcomes.
  • Define and embed best-practice analysis methodologies and governance within the BA function.
  • Provide oversight and guidance across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the wider change portfolio.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in business change and a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Demonstrable experience leading or mentoring Business Analysts.
  • A background in business transformation or large-scale change programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery.
  • The ability to balance strategic oversight with operational detail.
