OverviewAs a Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at DWP Digital, your day will revolve around designing, building and running the cloud platforms that support some of the UK's most critical public services. You'll be working hands on with container platforms, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native services, making sure our systems are secure, scalable and reliable. You'll spend time collaborating with other technical teams, helping application developers get the most out of our shared cloud infrastructure. You'll be deep into Kubernetes, managing clusters and automating deployments with tools like Helm, Flux and ArgoCD. You'll also be embedding security into everything you build, thinking ahead to mitigate risks before they become issues. Part of your role will involve supporting live services, investigating and resolving issues and making sure our platforms stay healthy and performant.
