Overview

Lead Cyber Security Vulnerability Manager role at Graphics Unlimited (Vic) Pty Ltd. This position shapes our vulnerability strategy, leads a team of analysts, and drives remediation across digital services to reduce risk, ensure compliance, and build a culture of cyber resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Vulnerability Analysts and guide investigations into cyber risks.
  • Drive remediation actions across multiple digital functions and collaborate with operational and security teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Shape and deliver the vulnerability management strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, risk appetite, and government cyber security objectives.
  • Contribute to security policy compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Promote security awareness and resilience across the department.

Requirements and Skills

  • Multi-Platform Cybersecurity: broad platform knowledge and ability to carry out cybersecurity assessments from a multi-platform perspective.
  • Vulnerability Management Leadership: experience leading teams in vulnerability management as part of a wider cybersecurity capability.
  • Cloud Security Expertise: extensive experience with cloud-hosted services and applying core security principles.
  • Threat Intelligence & Assessment: strong grasp of threat intelligence concepts and turning insight into action.
  • Complex Infrastructure Experience: experience across complex IT infrastructures and multi-domain models with hands-on vulnerability management.
  • Qualifications: CISSP and/or CISM; MSc Information Security (or equivalent).

Details, Wages & Benefits

You will join us in one of our digital hubs: Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, or Sheffield. We operate a hybrid model with approximately 60% home working and ~40% in-office.

Salary up to £89,995, with employer pension contributions up to 28.9% and a generous leave package starting at 26 days. Up to 3 extra days off per month via flexi-time.
