You will lead the architectural vision and strategy across Bellrock’s digital and IT landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and long-term sustainability. You will provide governance and oversight across solution design, integration, and technology adoption to support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor across departments, translating complex business needs into coherent architectural solutions that drive innovation and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, principles, and standards across the organisation.
• Ensure architectural alignment across programmes, platforms, and projects, supporting consistency and interoperability.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into architectural roadmaps.
• Provide oversight and guidance to solution architects, technical leads, and delivery teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, advising on their relevance and potential impact on Bellrock’s digital strategy.
• Support governance processes including change control, risk management, and compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Facilitate architectural reviews and ensure traceability of decisions across the delivery lifecycle.
• Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the architecture and delivery community.
  
  

• Recognised qualification in enterprise or solution architecture (e.g., TOGAF, BCS EA, AWS/Azure Architecture certifications).
• Extensive experience in designing and governing enterprise-level architectures across complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of digital delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, SAFe) and modern technology stacks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Proven ability to lead architectural strategy and contribute to business transformation.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Organised, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
• Confidence in engaging with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients at all levels
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a calm approach under pressure
• Strong judgement and ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
