The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to provide senior-level technical leadership and project delivery support. The ideal candidate will bring expertise across electrical systems design and be capable of guiding teams through complex engineering scopes with minimal supervision.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

1. Serve as a Principal or Lead Engineer, overseeing electrical design activities and technical deliverables.
2. Provide leadership in the design and specification of:
3. Medium and Low Voltage Alternating Current (AC) Systems
4. Direct Current (DC) Systems including Battery and UPS Systems
5. Auxiliary Electrical Systems: Grounding, Lightning Protection, Lighting, Communications
6. Metering & Protection Systems
7. Electrical Physical Design & Layout
8. Electrical Equipment & Hardware Selection
9. Control Systems & Instrumentation
10. Fire Protection Systems
11. Offer guidance and review support for cable raceway design, cable sizing, and routing.
12. Manage teams to deliver:
13. Non-1E design and specifications
14. Non-1E commercial equipment and packaged systems
15. Commercial instrumentation and cabling strategies

Qualifications and Experience

• ETAP
• NFPA 70 and NFPA 804
• IEEE Standards (e.g., IEEE 141, IEEE 242)
• IPCEA (ICEA)
• NEMA standards
