The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!RoleJoining us as a Lead Field Service Supervisor You will be responsible for leading the onsite delivery of customer connections across multiple projects and cities within the region. You will drive build partner performance, ensuring connections are delivered on time, to specification, and in line with Health & Safety, Environmental standards, and street works legislation. Accountable for reducing cycle times and resolving field-based issues, you\'ll act as the link between management and supervisors, while coaching and developing your team to maintain a proactive and positive mindset. You\'ll receive a salary of up to £48,000, a car allowance, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.ResponsibilitiesCoaching, leading, and supporting your team while acting as the key link between Regional Management and SupervisorsManaging and resolving first-line escalations, ensuring delivery deadlines and project milestones are consistently metMonitoring site operations to ensure compliance with CityFibre specifications, NRSWA, CDM, Health & Safety and environmental requirementsDriving build partner performance, identifying and escalating blockers, and ensuring works meet contractual standards through site auditsCoordinating and signing off completed works with build partners, ensuring documentation, as-builts and customer requirements are accurate and completeActing as a subject matter expert and escalation point for NRSWA, CDM, PIA, civil engineering and fibre-related queries, while representing CityFibre with local authorities, highways, and other stakeholdersQualificationsProven experience in utilities supervision with NRSWA and highways expertise, alongside strong leadership skills to coach and develop a team of skilled colleaguesPractical knowledge of civils construction, cabling, splicing, and fibre optics (OTDR/ILM testing)Experience managing contracted engineering works and ensuring delivery performanceFamiliarity with blown and traditional cable installation methodsConfident user of DepotNet, Salesforce, and MS Office applicationsSound understanding of method statements, risk assessments, and CDM Regulations, NRSWA Supervisor Certification (Certificates LA and S1-S7, formerly Units 1, 10-16)Benefits and Equal OpportunityWe\'re a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
