As a Lead Fullstack Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of this mission, helping us to build a scalable geo-location platform which helps keep people safe wherever they are in the world.Key Responsibilities:Leading the planning and delivery of roadmap features across the engineering stackProviding technical leadership and mentorship across the development teamEnsuring secure coding, compliance, and architectural best practices are upheldPartnering with Product and QA to scope, define, and deliver on engineering objectivesContributing to and review the development of services, ensuring scalability and reliabilityMeasuring and report engineering KPIs, identifying areas for continuous improvementParticipating in technical support and be part of the on-call rotationRequirementsStrong expertise in Node.js, React/React Native, and PHP across backend, frontend, and mobile developmentProven ability to design and scale service-oriented, event-driven systemsExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform)Hands-on knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communicationStrong analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetExperience in high-availability systems, cybersecurity frameworks (ISO, SOC), or Elixir developmentBackground in fast-paced, start-up or scale-up environmentsInterest in stepping into or growing towards an Engineering Manager roleThis role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values clean and secure code, and enjoys collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.We are looking for someone who wants to join a highly collaborative team and someone who is happy to visit our London office (Farringdon), once per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
