This role also provides valuable exposure to governance, quality management, and service redesign, giving you the chance to shape care delivery at an organisational level. For GPs who are curious about leadership, passionate about patient safety, and committed to continuous improvement, this position offers both meaningful responsibility and strong developmental support.
