ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Lead Graphic Designer at Townhouse, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing our design vision and maintaining top-notch standards across all outputs. You’ll work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and creative team, while also collaborating across teams to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment in every project, from major campaigns to everyday touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute design tasks in line with Townhouse's vision, ensuring high standards and consistency across all deliverables.
- Work closely with the team to refine and uphold Townhouse’s quality standards on high-priority projects.
- Take ownership of design tasks on significant projects, ensuring top-quality output and alignment with the Townhouse's standards.
- Ensure that Townhouse’s visual identity is consistently represented across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Implement brand assets across digital channels (web, app, social media), physical environments (salons), and packaging for a seamless experience.
- Create design assets for major projects, including product packaging, salon signage, and promotional materials.
- Support campaign designs, aligning deliverables with the brand’s goals and ensuring visual quality.
- Adapt designs for different platforms, including web, social media, print, and in-store experiences.
- Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to tailor designs for platform requirements and audience preferences.
- Use new design tools and techniques to maintain high standards and an innovative edge.
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience as a Design Lead or similar, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand consistency and high-quality execution.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.) with a keen eye for visual identity, brand coherence, and detail.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends in the beauty, luxury, and lifestyle spaces.
LOCATION:
Our office is based in Central London, and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
