The Role

Lead Insights Consultant (Contract). We are seeking an experienced Lead Insights Consultant to deliver strategic, audience-driven insights for senior stakeholders in a media environment. This role combines leadership, analytics expertise, and stakeholder management to influence decision-making and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior stakeholder relationships, aligning insight deliverables with business priorities.
• Define and deliver KPIs and success metrics for digital and product transformation.
• Provide impactful insights across audience, trading, and social media performance.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Manage and coach a small insights team, building capability and fostering high performance.
• Oversee strategic projects, ensuring delivery is timely and aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Represent Insights in senior forums, linking data to strategic and commercial outcomes.
