The Mission Operations (MOPs) team manages the execution, growth, and success of customer accounts. Mission Operations Engineers own customer relationships, plan and deploy Anduril products in support of missions, collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams, and ensure customer and mission success.
Role Overview
Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products. Lead the planning and deployment of Anduril’s flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and technical operations to deploy products, train end users, and ensure high performance. Maintain engagement with customers to improve usability and inform product improvements.
Grow the business through customer success. Build and maintain commitments with customers to drive top-line growth, articulate Anduril’s value at executive and end-user levels, and identify future opportunities where Anduril technology improves customer outcomes.
Shape products to meet mission needs. Work with customers to understand their challenges and partner with engineers to shape products addressing national and international security needs.
Collaborate across teams. Coordinate with internal teams across business development, engineering, product, logistics, legal, contracting, technical operations, and more to ensure successful deployment and customer outcomes.
Technical project management. Drive successful delivery of projects, gather requirements, perform impact analysis, plan integrations, obtain necessary approvals to operate on customer networks, and report on project metrics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve in a customer-facing Account Manager capacity with the UK MOD to develop and deploy integrated hardware-software C2 products; own contract deliverables including performance measures, technical reports, and user engagement roadmaps.
- Design and implement user feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritize requirements, issues, and challenges from training, exercises, and routine use.
- Provide input to program and engineering teams to drive product features and configurations that improve user workflows and deployment of Anduril C2 products.
- Support engagement with other service components, European Defence Departments, overseas commands, and government organizations to integrate Anduril products across defense customers for broader adoption.
- Develop and contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system, including issue tracking, training, refreshers, and preparation for large-scale exercises.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in technical program/account management roles
- Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specs
- Experience in program management and product deployment across multiple organisations
- Experience delivering software solutions to the UK MOD and providing maintenance and support
- Experience in bid processes, proposal writing, and technical report writing
- Experience in Secure by Design and achieving Authority to Operate for deployed solutions
- Experience in the UK MOD structure and procurement processes
- UK SC Clearance and ability to achieve DV Clearance
- Willingness to travel significantly
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with joint warfare operations, planning, targeting, and fires systems
- Familiarity with C2 concepts, processes, and principles
- Prior military or government acquisition or contracting experience
