Are you a hands-on Lead or Senior .Net Developer ready to shape architecture and guide talented developers? Responsibilities

• Lead software development efforts in .NET (C#) and influence architecture decisions.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Collaborate across disciplines to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Work with GitHub, APIs, Postman, Angular, AWS, Docker, and databases (MS SQL or MongoDB).
• Participate in continuous improvement and contribute to technical direction.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with .NET (C#) and related technologies.
• Proven experience in API design, GitHub workflows, and modern frontend/backend stacks (Angular, etc.).
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and database systems (MS SQL or MongoDB).
• Experience with BDD (SpecFlow) is a plus.

Location & Availability

Milton Keynes, United Kingdom – Hybrid (2 days in the office per week; 3 days WFH).

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 base + Bonus
