As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Lead Network Engineer to lead the efforts on company's security strategy and to ensure secure infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesManage a team of 3+ network engineersDesign, implement, and maintain a secure, high-performance network across multiple studio sites and environmentsEnforce network security policies and proceduresInstall and maintain network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)Maintain documentation regarding network hardware and softwareAssist in technical design and implementationPerform technical security auditsDevelop best practices and ensure documentation is up to dateEducate and train staff on information system security best practicesInvestigate and utilise new technologies, tools and techniques to enhance security capabilities and performanceWork closely with IT management team on the company’s information security strategyParticipate in change management workflowResponsible for ensuring incident handling procedures and security incident reportingRequirementsExperience managing a team of 5+ peopleMinimum 5 years’ relevant experience working in a challenging IT environmentStrong background in enterprise-level routing, switching, and firewall managementExperience working in datacenter environmentsProficiency with core network protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)Proven ability to manage large, distributed, multi-site network environmentsExperience with enterprise network switching, routers and firewallsExperience with Cisco equipmentKnowledge of industry best practicesExcellent communication skills in EnglishThis is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration and creativity.Nice to haveFamiliarity with high-throughput data distributionExposure to hybrid cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)Experience with automation platforms such as Terraform & AnsibleExperience with scripting for automationsWhat we offerAn international team of over 500 employees spread across 7 studios around the world, each of which have their own unique qualities, and maintain a small-studio feelAn open, collaborative environment where ideas are welcome and encouragedA managerial team consisting of highly experienced game developers at the top of their fieldsSharing hobbies and passions with like-minded colleaguesInclusive environment with many activities organized by the studios or the employeesCommitment to making the best game possible for the fans, including listening to community feedback #J-18808-Ljbffr
