You will collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Service Management to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions that meet user needs and organisational priorities. Your duties include coordinating multiple teams, managing risks and dependencies, and overseeing supplier contributions. Financial management is also central, managing budgets and tracking spend to ensure value for money.Your role requires establishing governance and assurance mechanisms, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will engage with senior stakeholders across the Home Office and wider government, champion best practices, and play a visible leadership role in the delivery community.The Metis Product team, part of the Home Office’s Digital, Data and Technology Directorate, delivers a modern ERP solution based on Oracle Fusion. This system streamlines business processes, supports staff with simplified applications, and enables data-driven decision-making.
