Are you ready to lead the way in data-driven delivery governance? At Specsavers, we’re on a mission to change lives through better sight and hearing—and our technology transformation is a key part of that journey. We’re building a smarter, more connected PMO function, and we’re looking for a Lead PMO Data Analyst to help us shape how data and governance drive decision-making across our delivery portfolios.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and governance frameworks that provide real-time visibility into portfolio health.
• Work across the IT function, partnering with delivery leaders, value stream owners, and senior stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, aligned processes, and informed decisions.
• Support the facilitation of key governance forums and mentor PMO colleagues; be the go-to expert for data and delivery.

What we’re looking for

• Analytical, collaborative, and confident leading data-driven tooling to provide real-time insight and foresight.
• Experience building and maintaining data-driven reporting solutions; work with PPM tools, APIs, Power Apps, and platforms to integrate and automate data flows.
• Ability to manipulate and analyse complex datasets, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Comfortable working independently while thriving in a team environment that values pace, coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in a global organisation or knowledge of modern platforms such as Databricks is a bonus—what matters is the ability to lead with clarity and purpose.
