We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape a new squad and define the strategy and standards for a premium, enterprise‑grade look and feel across our B2B platform.
As a senior designer and design leader, you’ll own complex problems from end to end, guiding the full design lifecycle from strategic discovery to polished execution. You’ll mentor others, elevate design quality, and influence product direction across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design strategy and execution for complex, high‑impact features, owning from problem framing to final delivery.
- Champion design as a discipline rooted in clarity and intent, ensuring experiences are functional and grounded in enduring design principles.
- Collaborate with design systems and brand teams to define and co‑create a scalable visual strategy with a cohesive visual language across products.
- Design high‑quality user journeys and product experiences that raise the standard of design excellence.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers) to shape product strategy and execution.
- Lead user research and usability testing to validate decisions and keep user needs at the forefront.
- Contribute to the design system with scalable patterns and robust documentation.
- Mentor mid‑level and senior designers to raise the craft and maturity of the design organization.
- Articulate the value of great design and its connection to measurable business goals, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Participate in design leadership discussions, contributing to broader initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence.
What You’ll Need
- Extensive experience designing within a SaaS product environment with a deep understanding of its challenges.
- Foundational design principles and the ability to guide decision‑making with ideology, intent, and intervention.
- Experience in complex SaaS agile environments and a track record of elevating a product’s look and perception.
- Evidence of design work that delivered measurable business impact and shaped product direction.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Extensive experience contributing to and evolving robust design systems in complex engineering environments.
- Ability to mentor and support designers to grow their skills.
- Proficiency with Figma and other industry tools; familiarity with front‑end practices and accessibility; experience collaborating with engineers in Agile workflows.
- Motivation to integrate AI tools into the workflow to benefit the process and the end customer.
