Welcome to the Savings team! We are a passionate group of just over 25 (and growing) experts on a mission to make our savings products work for our members.

We have a real sense of purpose to improve the lives and financial wellbeing of both savers and borrowers.

Were looking for a Lead Manager on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to lead a fantastic part of the team who are responsible for setting the strategic direction for our products, managing key projects as well as proactively identifying ways to stop things going wrong and fixing them when they sometimes do.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our London, Swindon or Northampton office. Whilst these locations are where we are primarily looking to fill the role, if youre an internal applicant based in a different location we would welcome your application and if successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this could work for this specific role.
