We're looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead the strategic development and integration of cutting-edge technologies across our clients organisation. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale the digital future of their business, driving high-quality outcomes, embedding innovation, and delivering long-term value.
As the Lead Product Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of services including CRM, ERP, AI frameworks, identity solutions, and M365 collaboration tools. This critical role will be instrumental in helping their business unlock the potential of emerging technologies while fostering a strong product culture rooted in agility, collaboration, and strategic clarity.
What You'll Do:
- Set and drive the vision for the digital product landscape, aligned with organisational strategy.
- Champion best practices in product management and digital delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and embed innovative, high-quality products.
- Lead on product roadmaps, resource planning, and milestone tracking across multiple domains.
- Act as the voice of the business to articulate clear requirements and value propositions.
- Guide product squads with a focus on outcomes, impact, and excellence in execution.
- Monitor adoption, performance and ROI, making data-led decisions to improve and evolve.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and regulatory frameworks.
- Deputise for the Associate Director of Product & Service Delivery when required.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience leading high-performing product teams and delivering impactful solutions.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and digital tooling.
- Exceptional ability to balance innovation with operational practicality and risk management.
- Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, able to bridge business and tech.
- Experience managing budgets, complex roadmaps, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Knowledge of change, environment, and release management within complex digital ecosystems.
