Job Description
Tasks / Functional Responsibilities:
- Participate in all levels of meetings to ensure conformity and continuity of planning, identify issues, and provide clarity in all communications.
- Provide strategic and operational recommendations related to planning and future programs.
- Lead, facilitate, guide, and oversee analysis and planning on multiple project types and client sectors.
- Create and communicate relevant solutions to complex problems through thoughtful and sometimes complex analysis.
- Act as the engagement manager and owner of client relationships; responsible for all aspects of program performance.
- Make creative advances that impact client performance, offering conceptual breakthroughs and thought leadership.
- Recognized as an industry expert, offering insights to clients and colleagues.
- Provide deep Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience on complex and/or high-profile projects.
- Develop project budgets and conduct negotiations.
- Review and approve all contracts.
Travel: This is a remote position and can be performed anywhere in the U.S. You must be able to travel to Germany twice, and once each to San Antonio, TX, and Falls Church, VA.
Project Duration: One year, from 08/25/25 to 08/24/26.
Status: Full-Time with benefits, contingent on award (COA) of this project.

Requirements:
- A master’s degree or higher in architecture or engineering is required.
- At least 15+ years of experience in healthcare architecture/engineering, preferably in the federal sector.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
