Lead Python Developer (f/m/x) London UK remote at The Formula Consulting. This role is fully remote and based in England.
Responsibilities
- Develop a highly innovative AI HR tool.
- Familiarize yourself with the requirements of a global AI HR platform.
- Code APIs.
- Work mainly with Python, GCP, Postgres, Pydantic, and LangChain; explore React, Vercel/Next.js as needed.
- As a lead, share your expert knowledge with future team members.
- Join the founders on client meetings and represent the technical side of the start-up.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-time work experience within software engineering.
- 3+ years of full-time work experience in API development.
- 3+ years within the same employment with the same employer.
- Fluent in Python backend engineering.
- 2+ years of experience deploying new features in a production environment.
- 1+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform or another cloud provider.
- 1+ years of experience working with relational databases.
- Enthusiasm for developing a global AI HR tool within a startup environment.
- Strong motivation to share knowledge with colleagues.
- Business-fluent English to understand English regulations and laws for the tool.
