Responsibilities:

• Translate business and security requirements into architectural designs, utilizing industry best practices and frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, CIS.
• Develop and maintain secure architectural standards, with knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies such as SIEM, IAM, CASB, container security.
• Create architectural diagrams, document security design principles, and ensure alignment with business goals and security policies.

Risk and Threat Management:

• Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling, providing recommendations.
• Advise on risk mitigation and support security incident responses.

Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership:

• Guide clients on secure architecture and risk management.
• Communicate security concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

Security Policies and Standards:

• Assist in developing security policies and conduct compliance assessments.

Technology Evaluation and Deployment:

• Review security architectures, perform assessments, and recommend improvements.

Presales Support:

• Develop proposals, estimate effort and costs, and present solutions to clients.

Experience required:

• 7+ years in security architecture, with cloud security and compliance experience.
• Knowledge of security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIS/NIS2, DORA, UK CNI/OT/IIOT.
• Experience with external stakeholder engagement, technical guidance, and mentoring.
• Strong communication skills; experience in presales activities.
• Right to work in the UK and eligible for UK SC clearance.
• Certifications like CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP are required.
