The role
- Drive delivery - translate business needs into secure, scalable software solutions, ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through to release.
- Stay ahead - explore emerging technologies and build prototypes to test new ideas and strengthen our product pipeline.
- Raise standards - embed best practices like TDD, DRY, and SOLID across the team to protect system quality and performance.
- Inspire others - mentor and support your colleagues, helping them grow their skills and confidence.
- Keep them moving - provide occasional out-of-hours support for key deployments or business-critical work.
The requirements
- Deep understanding of .Net 6 & 8 and .Net Framework 4.8.
- Experience of UI frameworks, especially Blazor (WASM) and React.
- Experience in working with Containerised deployments, including Azure Kubernetes.
- Experience in working with Azure native & serverless, including Service Bus and KeyVault.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring teams.
Package
- Competitive salary: £65,000 - £72,000
- 3 days working from home per week
