Leading technical development, design, and architecture for impactful, cloud‑native projects. Writing and reviewing clean, testable code in .NET and Azure. Evolving existing systems and designing new ones with clarity and pragmatism. Driving engineering excellence through code reviews, performance tuning and scalable architecture. Coaching, mentoring and enabling growth in others through people‑first leadership. Contributing to project planning, specification, and estimation discussions.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience with the Microsoft development stack (.NET, C#, Azure DevOps). Strong background in designing scalable, distributed systems and applying architectural best practices. Ability to create thoughtful, effective designs and contribute to technical discussions. Passion for simplicity, maintainability, and quality in code. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, growth‑oriented mindset. Experience supporting and inspiring technical growth across the team.
