Job Responsibilities

  • Execute software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with creative problem‑solving
  • Create secure, high‑quality production code and maintain algorithms
  • Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met
  • Gather, analyze, and visualize data to improve software applications and systems
  • Identify patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture
  • Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and technology events
  • Foster a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Formal training or certification on Computer Science concepts and proficient advanced experience.
  • Proficient in GoLang, Python, or comparable programming languages, with a demonstrated willingness to learn
  • Proven experience working with AWS
  • Practical knowledge of container builds, deployments and orchestration solutions such as Kubernetes or ECS Fargate
  • Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages
  • Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (cloud, AI, machine learning, mobile, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Terraform
