We're working with a growing SaaS company based in Oxfordshire seeking a Lead Tester to develop their new product currently in development.

You will design and implement comprehensive test plans for Angular-based desktop and React Native mobile applications. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of QA & Second Line Analysts.

This role is based in North Oxford and requires onsite presence at a minimum of two days per week.

Essential Experience

• Demonstrable experience in software testing, focusing on functional, regression, and automated testing.
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and testing roles within these frameworks.
• Proven ability to create and execute detailed test plans and cases to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Experience with SQL for data validation and API testing tools like Postman.
• ISTQB or similar certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Selenium Automated Testing and familiarity with Playwright Automated Testing.
