We’re Hiring: Leadership and Culture Consultant
Location: Insight’s office at Tramshed Tech, Newport (typically two days per week), client sites and other venues plus remote working
Contract: Full-time, permanent (part time and flexible arrangements considered)

Insight HRC Ltd is a purpose-driven business psychology and leadership development consultancy. We partner with organisations to deliver psychology-based development and assessment solutions. We specialise in supporting aspirational leaders, nurturing high-performing teams, and embedding lasting cultural change.
We are seeking an experienced, engaging and thoughtful Leadership and Culture Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with highly engaging facilitation skills, a strong understanding of organisational culture and leadership and a foundation in psychology or organisational development. The successful candidate will have significant experience of designing and delivering leadership development solutions that have lasting impact for senior leaders and organisations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and delivering innovative, psychology-informed leadership development programmes
- Using a variety of diagnostics and facilitation techniques to understand team and organisational cultures and design culture change programmes
- Facilitating workshops and interventions that inspire reflection, growth, and behavioural change
- Building trusted relationships with clients across sectors, acting as a strategic partner and advisor
- Contributing to business development activity including proposals, pitches, and client engagement
- Bringing fresh ideas to evolve and enhance Insight’s service offerings
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years’ experience in leadership development, facilitation, or organisational consultancy
- Communicates with confidence and clarity, particularly with senior stakeholders
- Ability to deliver culture programmes or strategy/values alignment workshops
- Applies behavioural science, psychology or leadership theory to practical challenges
- Is emotionally intelligent, reflective, and collaborative in their approach
- Is comfortable working flexibly and travelling to client sites (primarily South Wales, South West England, and London)
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience of utilising a variety of digital tools, including AI, to enhance learning experiences
- Ability to support clients in Welsh
- A collaborative and values-led team committed to meaningful impact
- Flexible working arrangements, 25 days annual leave (FTE) and bi-monthly wellbeing days
