Learning & Development Business Partner

This is a newly created role within the People team, working closely with an L&D Administrator and the HR and Talent teams. You will partner with senior leaders, lead the L&D function, and oversee the development and delivery of high-quality learning experiences to meet current and future business and colleague needs.

Working Conditions

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch. Primarily office-based with some flexibility for home working. Expect to work on-site approximately 3 days per week, with travel between sites in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and the South Coast; a driver’s license is essential.

Candidate Profile

Qualified in teaching or learning development, with a full, valid driver’s license. Proven experience in delivering innovative training across multiple sites, confidently presenting at all levels, and leading, coaching, and mentoring teams. Enthusiastic, energetic, and engaging, with a track record of inspiring change. Skilled in needs analysis, skills matrices, apprenticeship management, and proficient with IT tools for training delivery. Excellent written communication skills are essential.

Location

Based in Oxfordshire, with the ability to travel to other sites as needed.
