Learning and Development Consultant

This is a part-time role, 25 hours per week.
To support the provision of high-quality development activity across the practice. In particular, this role will support the implementation and ongoing management of our new LMS, including:
- Setting up and maintaining learning pathways and journeys
- Creating new training content to specifications, using our AI content creator tool
- Developing and modernising existing training content
- Dealing with user queries on the LMS
- Supporting LMS system implementation, including creating learning journeys and verifying links
- Maintaining the LMS, correcting user data and links
- Responding to user queries and providing training if needed
- Creating content on the LMS based on specific briefs for approval
- Discussing training needs with senior staff and converting briefs into content
- Using system reports to measure activity success and advising stakeholders
- Running training campaigns for leadership and key staff
- Supporting other L&D activities and assisting students
- Collaborating with the People Team to design and deliver training content
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships up to Partner level
- Confidence with various technology solutions, including game-based tech
- Experience creating and delivering targeted learning content
- Good problem-solving skills and a flexible perspective to find the best solutions
